Craft Atelier accepts returns and exchanges on most new, unopened and unassembled items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Some exceptions* apply.

Customer is responsible for bringing the returns to Craft Atelier's studio during working hours.

Credit will be issued via original form of payment once the item has been received and checked through in our studio.

Returns must include all original parts and packing materials, and be in new condition.
