Craft Atelier accepts returns and exchanges on most new, unopened and unassembled items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  Some exceptions* apply.

• Customer is responsible for bringing the returns to Craft Atelier's studio during working hours. 
• Credit will be issued via original form of payment once the item has been received and checked through in our studio. 
• Returns must include all original parts and packing materials, and be in new condition. 

*Exceptions

• Books, dyes, floor looms, products that require extensive assembly, or special order items are not eligible.   
• Wooden products that have been finished (by you or Craft Atelier) are not eligible.
• Any cut to order products (fabric, Texsolv cords, Warp Separater, etc.)
• Clearance items.

Items purchased are to be collected from store.
